EXECUTIVE CHEF JAROSLAV ŽÍDEK
Executive chef Jaroslav Žídek, originally from the Czech Republic, started his career in Slovakia 14 Years ago.
He gained valuable experience and inspirations all over the world from Scandinavia, Spain to the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Upon his return to Slovakia, he became a Head chef in one of the best restaurants in Bratislava, Camouflage, Flowers and Albrecht.
Thanks to his culinary art, the restaurants has been awarded with local and international awards, Gurman Award, TREND Top Restaurants and Hotels, Feinschemcker, Gault Millau, Falstaff.

- Breakfast: Saturday - Sunday 6:30 am - 10:30 am
- Lunch: Monday - Sunday daily from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm
- Dinner: Monday - Saturday 6:00 pm to 10:30 pm
